Once your purchase is confirmed, your order will be processed, which takes approximately 1 working day.
At Oba Hair, we do not charge any extra fees or hidden costs. The price shown on our website is the final price—with no additional charges for international shipping or surprise fees.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
DHL, UPS, FedEx, XPO Logistics and Royal Mail are some of the logistics companies we outsource our shipping services to. Each has different delivery times and rates. As soon as you enter your details at our checkout, the available options will appear based on the distance and weight of your order.
Therefore, we ask that you pay attention to these delivery times and only proceed with your purchase if you agree to them.
Important: External factors such as logistics, customs, strikes, among others, may occasionally increase delivery time. Therefore, if necessary, the delivery period may be extended by up to 20 days. To track your order directly on the postal service website, you only need the tracking code. HOWEVER, YOU CAN ALSO USE THE "TRACK YOUR ORDER" OPTION.

Once the extended period has ended, if your purchase has still not arrived in Latin America and Europe, a more serious issue may have occurred. In that case, we ask that you contact us by email via the "Contact Us" page.
Some products take longer due to inspections by the Tax Authority, which controls all packages entering Latin America and Europe; due to workload, this sometimes delays deliveries. But do not worry—your item will arrive soon.
It is common for products to remain inactive for a period when entering Latin America and Europe. This delay is due to the Tax Authority's slow processing of all incoming packages during nationalisation.
CUSTOMS DUTIES:
As this is an import service, all products are subject to customs duties. Should any fees apply, the responsibility will lie with the buyer. If you experience difficulties paying the applicable tax, please contact us via the "Contact Us" page.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
If the buyer places an order and the address contains typographical errors or incorrect information, we will not be held responsible for losses resulting from the product being returned to the supplier. In cases where the product has arrived in the destination city, but the house number, street, postcode or neighbourhood are incorrect, we recommend that the customer collects the product as soon as possible from the nearest Distribution Centre, to avoid the product being returned. The date provided by the postal service will be considered as the date of receipt of the product by the consumer.
In cases where the customer does not receive the product because they failed to collect it from the postal service, or if the order is returned due to errors in the shipping details (address), Oba Hair will resend the product. The first reshipment incurs no additional cost.
