Not satisfied? Exchanges and returns at Oba Hair
Here at Oba Hair, we want satisfied customers. We want our products to bring a wave of happiness when they arrive at your home, so you keep coming back time and time again.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything possible to resolve your issue, following some simple rules for exchanges, returns and refunds.
Change of mind and withdrawal:
In the case of exchanges and returns due to change of mind or withdrawal, when the product is in perfect condition but simply not to your liking, the customer has a period of 7 (seven) days, counted from the date of receipt of the goods, to request a return by contacting us via email.
How to proceed in case of return or exchange due to change of mind:
- Contact Oba Hair support via the "Contact Us" page.
- Send the product by post, with postage paid by the customer, to the sender's address (Oba Hair). Important: the product must be in its original packaging, with no signs of use, with the seal unbroken if applicable, and accompanied by all its accessories.
Once the product has been received and the above conditions confirmed by Oba Hair Store, you may choose to:
- Reeive a credit in Oba Hair Store for the total amount paid, which can be used to purchase another product immediately or on a future order, valid for 6 months.
- Receive a refund of the product value, using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
*If the order has already been dispatched and cancellation is requested, the customer must wait for the product to arrive, send it to the address provided by the company, and the amount paid will then be refunded.
*OBA Hair Store is exempt from the obligation to exchange any product whose defect has been caused by misuse, or to attend to requests outside the aforementioned timeframes.
We provide product measurements in centimetres to avoid errors when selecting size. According to the Consumer Protection Code – Article 18, there is no legal obligation for the retailer to carry out exchanges due to a consumer's change of mind regarding colour, size, model or any other circumstance. The right guaranteed to the customer under the consumer protection code is exchange solely in the case of defective products.
Other occurrences:
All events described above, and any others that may arise, must be reported to Oba Hair Store by telephone or via the "Contact Us" page.
Products returned without this communication, outside the specified timeframe or without accompanying items/accessories may be sent back without prior consultation.
Certain types of goods are exempt from return. We do not accept returns of perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
In addition to the above, if any of the following circumstances occur, receipt of the product should be refused:
- Packaging opened or damaged;
- Defective product;
- Product not matching the order;
- Missing accessories.
If you do receive the product under these circumstances, please contact Oba Hair Store support within 72 hours of receipt.
